Using the old traditional method of smaller scale production with our best agaves, we created a Mezcal that embodies the oils, flavors and body of our wild agave Cenizo with fresh perfumed herbaceus aromas. Every batch is made in a micro scale assuring every bottle keeps the same quality and flavor profile.
