Bozal Castilla is a limited release made with maguey Castilla (agave Angustifolia). The aroma of this mezcal is of fruit and wet earth. A slight sweetness is evident on the palate with flavors of roasted agave, mocha, and fresh mint. The finish is smooth with a bit of smoke.
