Bozal Coyote is clay pot distilled with maguey Coyote. This is a limited release as the clay pot distillation limits this mezcal to 60 litres of production per day. It’s herbaceous with earthy aromas and a spicy finish. There are notes of minerals, dark chocolate, and wet clay.
