Unusual stuff

I have not yet figured out how to properly enjoy this mezcal. The nose is quite pleasant, and I could call it initially floral as the description does, becoming more tart with time. That's the best part. It is astringent, minty, a little medicinal, with a tart punch. The flavor fades quickly in the glass and is not immediately appealing, but I have to keep in mind that I could be surprised by pouring it with the right foods.
