Using the uno blanco as the base blood of this tequila, David Ravandi expertly ages this expression for 6 months before it's ready to be bottled.  This complex spirit reveals aromatic raw and cooked agave tempered by the warmth of oak aging with spicy notes of vanilla, anise and hint of citrus; a combination equally at home in cocktails and as a sipping tequila making it the most versatile of the 123 Organic Tequila styles.

Better than expected and hoped for. Taste the Agave.

The repo is excellent - you really taste the agave with notes of caramel and spices. One thing that stuck out to me about this Tequila line (I've had the blanco and repo, only) is that they do a nice job coating the palette and finishing off. There is an enjoyable linger that highlights the complexity of this repo. I find that I can enjoy more of this and feel less heavy the next day.

I highly suggest giving their Blanco a try as well.

Excellent reposado

One of 2-3 reposado’s I always have on the shelf. Has everything a great repo should have. Lots of agave, cinnamon, baking spices, has a soft wood note that complements well. Nicely balanced, must try repo.
