Rey Campero Jabali is made from the rarely seen jabali agave by Destileria Herencia de Sanchez in Candeleria Yegole in Oaxaca. The agave is cooked in an earth pit, fermented and then distilled in a copper still in away to manage the foaming aspect normally seen with this type of agave.  

Nose: Braeburn apple, lemon verbena, and leche

Palate: Lingering smoke, lemon zest, jasmine, and coconut oil
